
We spent this week looking forward to Easter this week. I wasn’t planning on dyeing eggs, but the kids asked, so i obliged: coloring with what I could find around the kitchen.
Freezing the kopytka worked well using the Cook’s Illustrated tip. We tested them this week and then planned on having them again for our anniversary next week.

The weeks are both long and they fly by. Everything takes longer than it should and there’s a lot of anxiety. We’re reminding ourselves to stop and play a game once in a while. This one’s a family favorite! We should do this more often.
